Anna started taking ballet lessons last fall just before her 4th birthday, and continued through the spring. Every Tuesday at 10am at the rec, she'd have rehearsal with her new friends, Nicole and Isabel. Their big recital was a few Sundays ago, and she danced beautifully! I was a backstage helper, so I got to see everything from that vantage point.....quite exciting to be waiting in the wings with 25 little ballerinas! Jon, Drew, and Aden cheered from the audience, and Anna had a great time giving her performance as a swan. She was so poised and graceful! We love her teacher, Mrs.Matilde Barretto, and her helper, Mrs.Christie.
